SDS Package 1 gives you full control over your social care budget. you receive funding directly (or it can be help by family or representative) and you choose how its spend - Including selective the service provider that best meets your need
-
SDS Package 2, give you the option to choose the service provider, however the local authority or third party manages the funding on your behalf. this means less admin, but you still get to decide where and how your support is delivered.
-
If you are not eligible for funding through SDS or social work, or if you simply prefer to arrange support independently, self-funding allows you to access our service directly - with no referral needed.
